Opening ceremony held for ITP Lhasa campus construction

The opening ceremony for Lhasa campus construction was held on July 9, 2004. Officials of local government of the Tibetan Autonomous Region and CAS attended the ceremony. Vice chairman of the Tibetan Autonomous Region Wu Yingjie and vice president of CAS Bai Chunli delivered speeches. The opening ceremony signifies the settlement of a national scientific institute in Tibet.
