Tibetan Plateau Science Forum tends to gather distinguished scientists worldwide to share with the audience their studies on Tibetan Plateau environment and geology. Who: Prof. Zhengyu Liu, Professor in the College of Engineering, University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was recently elected Fellow of the American Geophysical Union during the AGU Fall Meeting in December 2010.
